Just because summer’s over and school is starting back up doesn’t mean you and your family have to stop having fun. Here are some exciting events coming up in September that will keep your summer going.

International Goat Days

There are all kinds of festivals and events going on in September, especially ones that are fun for the whole family. The International Goat Days Festival features a Goat Parade kids will love, corn hole tournaments, car and tractor shows, and even a battle of the bands. There’s something for everyone at Goat Days!

Delta Fair & Music Festival

The Delta Fair and Music Festival is another fun festival, taking place for ten days from Sept. 1-10 and offers tons of fair attractions like Ferris wheels and carnival games, along with live music and livestock competitions. There are even major music names joining the lineup of September events in Memphis, including Mary J. Blige, Bruno Mars, and The Daily Show Host Trevor Noah.

Germantown Festival

The Germantown Festival is also unmissable, thanks to the neighborhood’s charming artsy vibes combined with local music, games, and carnival food. The Memphis Music and Heritage Festival on Sept. 2-3 is a huge block party in Downtown Memphis with lots of local vendors and artists showcasing their work.

There’s never any shortage of things to see and do around Memphis, no matter the time of year. If you need a fresh, stylish ride to get around and do it all in, look no further than Gossett Hyundai South.
